LOGIC Stock Control Application handles the inventory processing,
controlling items and services issuing and receiving from/to company's stores. This
considered an extremely vital process that must be under complete company's management
control to keep track of the inventory as one of most valuable assets, Plan ahead
it's future needs based on accurate usage ratios, also to detect any abnormal
transactions, misuse or unnecessary avoidable wastes.

management, inspection and control. Therefore, the founding steps in the Stock
Control Module have had the greatest share of accuracy because they are the
utmost importance in simplifying inventory and control as a second step. Where
a separate screen was allocated to record the inspection and the result of
the examination of each item as well as the supplier data, the receiving
officer responsible for the inspection and all data required to accept or reject
the items received by the store in accordance with the specifications specified
by the top management. At the end of the inspection, the green light is given
to the other procedures, receiving, issuing and transfer orders which are
characterized by the screens in the LOGIC program to monitor the accuracy of
the inventory and the multiplicity and diversity of screen inputs to ensure the
maximum amount of data for each storage process.
This section of the LOGIC Stock Control Module is characterized by three main screens:
1 - Opening balances screen: which includes all the required data to express the status of the items at the opening of their annual balance such as: store - item - unit - quantity - date of delivery and any other notes related to the item . This screen also has the ability to export the data entered into the Excel sheets, where it can be used in more different ways.
2 - Inventory screen: which includes also all the above data for each item in addition to the system balance and its actual balance of the inventory and the difference (if any) and the conversion of this difference to a value by showing the average cost of the unit for each item.
3 - Balance reconciliation screen: which are used in the case of stock adjustments, permissible damages and the other adjustments required in accordance with the rules of procedure of each facility.
With this, LOGIC's Stock Control Module has included all requirements to manage and control stock from basic data and item inspection through various inventory steps to inventory results, inventory cost and adjustments.

program to include all the analysis of program inputs. Where they are divided
into groups such as :

2 – Items reports, data,
movements and balances .
3 – Receipts reports, issuing, receiving and internal
transfer .
4 – Collected Item operation’s reports .
5 – Store journal and
replacements reports .
6 – Customers and suppliers reports .
7 – Inventory, reconciliations
and inventory assessment reports.
